14-42X lens is buggy - hardware issue

Initial testing was sensible, however some pictures appeared terribly soft after they should not be. once digging through some forums and reading up plenty, I found this lens incorporates a vibration issue that causes a "double image". Some folks attributed it to the OIS (stabilization) however that's not the case.
I did some take a look at photos with the shutter speed between 1/60th and 1/200th second. i do know this is not a secure shutter speed for the long finish of the telephoto however you'll tell the distinction between motion blur and also the double image downside.
